SUMMARY:
Deeds of trust. Provides that when an instrument appointing a substitute trustee has been executed by the party secured by a deed of trust or the holders of more than 50% of the obligations secured by a deed of trust, the substitute trustee may excercise any power, duty or authority granted under the original deed of trust, but in order to record any instrument excercising a power conferred, the instrument appointing the subsitute trustee must first be recorded.
