SUMMARY:
Certificate of public need. Modifies the Commissioner of Health's authority to grant a home care organization license. This provision authorizes the Commissioner of Health to issue a home care organization license upon finding compliance with requirements of law and regulations, unless there is no reciprocal agreement for the licensing of home health organizations between Virginia and the state in which the applicant resides or the state in which the applicant's home health organization is licensed to operate.
