SUMMARY:
Police officer's "stop and frisk" rights. Repeals the current Virginia statute thereby conforming to Terry v. Ohio . Thus, a police officer would be able to stop and question someone who he suspects is committing or about to commit any crime, rather than just a felony as is authorized under the repealed section.
