SUMMARY:

Workers' compensation; definition of employee; charitable and nonprofit organizations. Amends the definition of employee within the Virginia Workers' Compensation Act to exclude noncompensated employees, directors and officers of incorporated entities exempt from taxation pursuant to 26 U.S.C. § 501 (c) (3) (e.g., not-for-profit corporations).
