SUMMARY:

Certain local government ordinances requiring replacement of trees during the development process. Authorizes Williamsburg, described as the state's capital prior to 1780, to require the specified minimum tree canopies or covers 10 years after planting, rather than the 20 years after planting allowed for other jurisdictions authorized to adopt such an ordinance.
