SUMMARY:

Stormwater plans for linear development. Exempts linear development projects such as roads, highways, railways and utility lines from the requirement of the submittal of a stormwater management plan if (i) there will be insignificant increases in peak flow rates, (ii) less than one acre of land will be disturbed per outfall or watershed, and (iii) there are no existing or anticipated flooding or erosion problems downstream of the discharge point.
