SUMMARY:
Videotaping another illegally. Makes it a Class 1 misdemeanor to videotape, photograph or film another in a state of total or partial undress without that person's consent, in a location and under circumstances where the person would have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Exceptions are provided for lawful filming and recording by law-enforcement officers and corrections and jail officials.
