SUMMARY:
Public procurement; withdrawal of bids. Changes the time for written notice that a bidder must submit to the public body of his claim of right to withdraw a bid from two to five days from the conclusion of the bid-opening procedure. The bill also requires the bidder to submit original work papers with his notice to withdraw the bid.
