SUMMARY:
Education; campus police departments. Provides that the official records of any campus police department shall be open to inspection and copying by any citizen of the Commonwealth during the regular office hours of the custodian of such records to the same extent as are the official records of a local police department, pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act.
