SUMMARY:

Department of Motor Vehicle records. Makes the DMV title and registration records privileged material and authorizes release of these records only under limited conditions. The bill prohibits the selling of lists of titles and registrations and bars the release of data from those lists to the public or by local commissioners of the revenue to third parties.
