SUMMARY:

Conservators of the peace. Grants special agents of the National Marine Fisheries Service of the United States Department of Commerce conservator of the peace status and requires that all officers or agents, other than judges or magistrates, who are granted conservator of the peace status be engaged in their official duties in order to claim the status.
