SUMMARY:
Sales and use tax exemption. Provides a sales tax exemption for the Court-Appointed Special Advocate Program (CASA), a statewide, statutorily created organization which trains and supervises court-appointed advocates who provide services to children who are subjects of judicial proceedings involving allegations of abuse, neglect, need of services, or supervision.
