SUMMARY:
Crime victims. Provides that prior to undergoing a polygraph examination, the victim of a crime must be advised, in writing, that a polygraph is voluntary, is not admissible as evidence and that, the victim's refusal to submit to a polygraph will not be the sole basis for the failure to intitiate or continue an investigation into the alleged crime.
