SUMMARY:

Motor vehicle dealers. Requires that in assessing a dealer's performance under a franchise agreement, any performance standard or program and its application be fair, reasonable, equitable, and, if based on a survey, from a statistically valid sample. If requested by a dealer in writing, a manufacturer or distributor would be required to disclose how a performance standard or program was designed and how it was applied to that dealer.
