SUMMARY:

Boat trailers. Transfers the revenue generated from the $6.50 registration fee assessed on trailers used exclusively to transport boats to a special fund, the motorboat and water safety fund, administered by the Department of Game and Inland Fisheries. Currently, these funds are used for enforcement of the motor vehicle code.
