SUMMARY:

Withdrawal of land from agricultural and forestal districts. Provides that in Albemarle County, described by population, the expedited withdrawal procedure available for use in withdrawing from agricultural and forestal districts of local significance shall not be used. Instead withdrawal shall be by the standard procedure which involves review by the local planning commission and the advisory committee with approval or denial by the governing body and appeal to the circuit court.
