SUMMARY:
Sale of tax-delinquent real estate. Substitutes written notice to mortgage holders, trustees and judgment creditors for service upon them of the lawsuit involving sale of tax-delinquent real estate. Such creditors shall have 90 days from the date of entry of the final decree (formerly one year) to petition to have the case reheard. The list of real estate to be offered for sale is to be published twice instead of once.
