SUMMARY:

State Lottery. Authorizes the State Lottery Department to pay unclaimed prize money to the Lottery Fund in installments to avoid liquidation problems presented by lump sum payment of such unclaimed prize money. Provides for the situation in which there are multiple holders of the winning lottery number and one or more of these winners fail to claim their prize within the required 180-day redemption period.
