SUMMARY:
State lottery. Permits lottery tickets to be sold from a kiosk location dedicated solely to the sale of such tickets, a situation prohibited under current law. The bill also permits the State Lottery Department to establish by regulation requirements for the licensing of sales agents in addition to those requirements specifically set forth in the Code.
