SUMMARY:

Motor vehicle manufacturers and distributors. Allows manufacturers' and distributors' "place of assembly" statements on motor vehicles to refer to either the place where the vehicle was assembled or to the place where the vehicle was manufactured. Present law specifically requires "place of assembly."
