SUMMARY:

Public service companies; joint ventures. Permits public service companies to enter into partnerships, joint ventures or other associations where the purposes of such relationships are found by the State Corporation Commission to be in the public interest and consistent with the provisions of subsection D of § 13.1-620, governing special kinds of business and the Utility Facilities Act (Chapter 10.1, 56-265.1 et seq.).
