SUMMARY:

Civil penalties for violation of animal control ordinances. Allows any county, city or town to adopt an ordinance establishing a uniform schedule of civil penalties for violations of any ordinances adopted by the county, city or town pursuant to the Comprehensive Animal Laws. The penalty for one violation is not to exceed $150. Collected civil penalties will be credited to the locality's general fund.
