HB 247 Garnishments.

SUMMARY:

Garnishments. Requires that the garnishment form list not only the name and address of the creditor but also the creditor's telephone number and the name, address and telephone number of the creditor's attorney. The bill also adds certain retirement accounts under § 34-34 to the list of garnishment exemptions available for the debtor to check off .
