SUMMARY:

Fees paid to appointed counsel. Provides that appointed counsel are entitled to receive compensation for services rendered in defense of an indigent defendant in the event the defendant fails to appear in court subject to a capias for his arrest and remains a fugitive for one year following the issuance of the capias so long as counsel has appeared at at least one hearing on behalf of the fugitive.
