SUMMARY:

Virginia College Building Authority. Amends the enabling legislation of the Authority to (i) modernize the statute to reflect the use of "book entry" bonds in place of registered bonds and (ii) replace the $150 million cap on total bonds issued with a $150 million cap on total bonds outstanding.
