SUMMARY:
Mechanics' lien agents. Provides that an attorney, title insurance company, or financial institution may perform mechanics' lien agent services in the capacity of any legal entity. That is, a title insurance company, for example, which is a limited liability company may act as a mechanic's lien agent.
