SUMMARY:

Confidentiality of juvenile records. Adds court service unit records and reports to the confidentiality standards set for other records of the Department of Youth and Family Services. The bill also clarifies that the exception from the confidentiality provision once the juvenile becomes an adult applies only if the juvenile is requesting his own records.
