SUMMARY:

Operation of seaplanes. Authorizes the Board of Game and Inland Fisheries to promulgate regulations for the operation of seaplanes on inland water impoundments so long as the regulations are not inconsistent with Federal Aviation Administration regulations. Game wardens are required to report alleged violations to the appropriate federal authorities. The bill also requires the operator of a seaplane to respond appropriately to a signal, flashing light or siren from a law-enforcement officer. Currently, this requirement applies to motorboats and other vessels.
