SUMMARY:

Bright flue-cured tobacco. Specifies that the seven members of the Virginia Bright Flue-cured Tobacco Board represent certain tobacco production areas of the Commonwealth. The bill establishes a staggered time frame in which the appointments are to be made. Currently, members are selected to represent "as nearly as possible" each important tobacco producing section of Virginia.
