SUMMARY:

Restrictions on the size of crab dredges. Authorizes the Virginia Marine Resources Commission to regulate the size of crab dredges. The bill repeals the existing eight-foot limit on the width for single dredges, and 16-foot limit for two or more dredges fixed together.
