SUMMARY:

DMV records. Authorizes the DMV Commissioner to provide to counsel for the accused in any case involving the operation of a motor vehicle a copy of the accused's driving record. If counsel is from the public defender's officer or has been court-appointed, the record will be provided free of charge.
