SUMMARY:

Accident and sickness insurance. Makes technical, clarifying and substantive changes to small group health insurance provisions enacted by the 1993 General Assembly establishing two guaranteed issue products and modified community rating in the 2-25 (employees) group health insurance market (pursuant to Chapter 960 of the 1993 Acts of Assembly). These provisions, originally scheduled to become effective April 1, 1994, will become effective on July 1, 1994.
