SUMMARY:

Local air pollution ordinances. Prohibits the Department of Environmental Quality from approving any local ordinance or amendment to a local ordinance that would regulate air pollution sources that are required to obtain a permit or approval for emissions from the Department; however, localities are permitted to regulate open burning.
