HB 1282 DUI boating.

SUMMARY:

DUI boating. Conforms the blood alcohol concentration (BAC) at which one is, per se, guilty of DUI boating to the same BAC at which it is unlawful to operate a motor vehicle. Currently, the BAC at which it is per se illegal to operate a motor vehicle or a boat is 0.10 percent. However, if the law establishing the BAC limit for motor vehicles is amended, the corresponding limit for operating boats will automatically change to conform to the new limit.
