SUMMARY:

Pharmacy-permit to operate. Provides procedure for the Commonwealth to take action to seize, secure, and properly dispose of drugs which remain in a previously permitted pharmacy which no longer has a responsible pharmacist-in-charge. The permit to operate a pharmacy runs to the pharmacists-in-charge, who may not be the owner of the store.
