SUMMARY:

Alcoholic beverage control; wine and beer licenses. Authorizes the issuance of retail beer, and wine and beer on-premises licenses to persons operating food concessions at outdoor performing arts amphitheaters or arenas which have permanent seating for more than 20,000 persons and located in any county with a population between 210,000 and 216,000 (Prince William County) for the sale of wine and beer during events and performances at such performing arts amphitheaters or arenas. The licensee may permit patrons to keep and consume their own alcoholic beverages on the licensed premises.
