SUMMARY:

Child support enforcement. Allows the Department of Social Services, upon notice from the Department of Medical Assistance Services, to garnish wages or have state tax refunds withheld if the obligor receives payments from health insurance companies but fails to reimburse the custodial parent, the provider or Medicaid for payment of medical bills.
