SUMMARY:

Searches for cruelty to animals. Deletes redundant language and makes it clear that law-enforcement officials and animal wardens may make sworn statements regarding cruelty to animals so that a warrant may be issued by proper authorities for a sheriff, deputy sheriff or police officer to conduct a search.
