SUMMARY:

Conflict of Interests Acts; ban on honoraria. Prohibits the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, Governor's Secretaries, heads of state agencies, and members of the General Assembly from accepting honoraria for appearances, speeches, or articles based on their expertise or opinions as public officials.
