SUMMARY:

Workers' compensation; payroll reports of self-insurers. Provides that an employer which self-insures its workers' compensation coverage may not willfully withhold information from or knowingly provide false or misleading information to the Workers' Compensation Commission regarding the employer's payroll for purposes of calculating the payroll tax required of such employer.
