SUMMARY:
Virginia Consumer Protection Act; relief permitted; attorneys fees. Permits persons seeking relief pursuant to the Virginia Consumer Protection Act to (i) seek injunctive relief from a circuit court or (ii) recover, in addition to the greater of actual damages or $100 permitted under current law, attorneys fees based on hourly rates, expert witness fees, and taxable court costs imposed by the clerk or court.
