SUMMARY:
Professions and Occupations; Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation. Establishes a limitation period for filing complaints against regulants of the Department. This new limitation period is three years from the act, omission or occurrence which gave rise to the violation. The bill also has a tolling provision for fraud and misrepresentation.
