SUMMARY:
Permitting unlicensed driver to use one's motor vehicle. Raises the penalty for knowingly permitting an unlicensed driver to drive one's car from a Class 2 misdemeanor to a Class 1 misdemeanor, if the unlicensed driver lost his license due to an adjudication as an habitual offender.
