SUMMARY:

Property and conveyances; implied warranties on new homes. Statutorily assigns the manufacturer's warranty on roof sheathing materials ( whether fire retardant treated plywood sheathing or other roof sheathing material used in lieu of fire-retardant plywood sheathing) from the vendor (i.e., the builder) to the purchaser and grants the purchaser a direct cause of action against the manufacturer in the event of a breach of the warranty.
