SUMMARY:
Child support enforcement. Provides that persons who in good faith provide information to the Department of Social Services regarding responsible parties who owe child support are immune from any civil or criminal liability that might otherwise result from the release of such information to the Department provided they acted in good faith and in the absence of gross negligence, willful misconduct or breach of a professional ethical duty.
