SUMMARY:

Administrative Process Act; economic impact analysis required. Requires the Department of Planning and Budget to conduct an economic impact analysis of any proposed regulation that an agency is considering promulgating under the Administrative Process Act. The analysis would be conducted before any proposed regulation could be printed in the Register for comment and would be printed in the Register along with the proposed regulation. The response of the agency proposing to promulgate the regulation also would be published.
