Persons with disabilities. Establishes the Statewide Rehabilitation Advisory Council, the Statewide Independent Living Council, and the Statewide Rehabilitation Council for the Blind to comply with requirements of the federal Rehabilitation Act. Federal law outlines the composition of the membership and the duties of the Councils.
