SUMMARY:

Conflicts of Interests Acts; prohibited conduct. Adds two categories of prohibited conduct: (i) the acceptance of gifts from persons whose interests may be substantially affected by the official's, employee's, or legislator's conduct under circumstances which call his impartiality into question; and (ii) the acceptance of frequent gifts so as to suggest the use of public position for private gain.
