HOUSE BILL NO. 599 FLOOR AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE (Proposed by Delegate Baker on February 8, 1994) (Patron Prior to Substitute--Delegate Kilgore) A BILL to amend the Code of Virginia by adding in Chapter 5 of Title 7.1 a section numbered 7.1-40.8, relating to designation of the state outdoor dramas.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding in Chapter 5 of Title 7.1 a section numbered 7.1-40.8 as follows:

§ 7.1-40.8. State outdoor dramas.

The Trail of the Lonesome Pine Outdoor Drama performed in the Town of Big Stone Gap, and The Long Way Home Outdoor Historical Drama performed in the City of Radford, are hereby designated the state outdoor dramas.
