CHAPTER 892 An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered 2.1-114.5:01, relating to the Department of Personnel and Training. [H 413] Approved April 20, 1994

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 2.1-114.5:01 as follows:

§ 2.1-114.5:01. Certain information not to be made public.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Chapter 21 (§§ 2.1-340 through 2.1-346.1) of Title 2.1 the Department shall not disclose lists of home addresses of state employees except in accordance with regulations adopted by the Department pursuant to Chapter 1.1:1 (§§ 9-6.14:1 through 9-6.14:25) of Title 9.
